Account Executive - Full Time On Site / Remote

OVERVIEW OF THE POSITION

An Account Executive at ELAN is the most critical role at our firm. This person will plan and manage complex digital integrations across multiple platforms alongside our team of contractors and employees. You’ll bring big ideas, keep projects on time and on budget, helping develop new business along the way. This person will also be a leader within the firm, building internal initiatives, growing junior account staff and having fun every step of the way. An awareness of social justice and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) dynamics is important given the range of audiences and communities we support.

ESSENTIAL JOB SKILLS AND RESPONSIBILITIES  

Account Management:

  • Independently develop, manage and oversee account budgets and timelines 
  • Deliver strategic counsel to clients 
  • Responsible for client interface and know what is happening on the account at all times, manage client relationship
  • Accountable for high-quality account deliverables and services across all aspects of the account
  • Proactive communicator, a growth mind-set and lifelong learner
  • Understand and promote health equity, social justice and DEI concepts
  • Experience working with multicultural communities 
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
  • Analyze research data to identify trends and key findings
  • Integrated campaign expertise including digital, influencer and analytics 
  • Demonstrate and oversee good writing skills across the account team
  • Work with diverse audiences and demonstrate keen cultural awareness and sensitivity
  • Develop expertise and train other staff in key areas of communications
  • Identify opportunities to enhance agency skills and develop and conducts agency-wide trainings
  • Demonstrate and model leadership within Elan
  • Lead aspects of firm business development efforts, proposal writing and new business meetings
  • Seek out high leverage public speaking opportunities and presentations


EXPERIENCE 

  • 5-8 years of experience

Graphic Designer- Freelancer, Part Time Remote

Digital Marketing Specialist - Full Time On Site / Remote

OVERVIEW OF THE POSITION

The Digital Marketing Specialist is one of the most versatile positions at our company. You’ll get a chance to work on the creative side of the house as well as the technical side. We promise that you’ll never have a day of boredom in this job.

  • Content Development/Writing Projects – Draft/edit marketing collateral, web content, emails and social media content
  • Social Media – Creating and publishing content on social media
  • Website- Making updates to websites, installing plugins and tools
  • Data Tracking– Creating reports to help our clients track results
  • Quiz & Form Building – Creating quizzes and setting up forms

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Digital Communications, Web Development, Business,  Marketing or the equivalent.
  • High level of proficiency and advanced skills in utilizing Adobe Creative Suite, social media and WordPress, and email marketing tools
  • Must have excellent oral/written communication skills and be comfortable effectively interfacing, with all levels of firm management, attorneys and staff.
  • Superior writing skills and attention to detail to effectively draft, proofread and capture what clients are trying to communicate. 
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and client service skills. Ability to respond to rapidly changing conditions and work in a deadline-driven environment.
